I need to be able to edit the subject and description field for one custom form that I am using for Spanish-speaking users.  I also need to be able to add another email button with this form as the only one available.  I can custom code it in but I need some instruction on exactly how to do that because I need to make sure it does not mess up the reports. So to summarise I need two email buttons on one help center brand. One with the Spanish form and one with the English form. And then I need to be able to have the subject and description read in Spanish on the one form.   Is this possible?

Does anyone have the exact steps to take to compile a report that gives you all agents time spent on all tickets by brand fir the month/week. Using THE TIME AP. All the data is in there but how do I pull it out. Support can't tell me how to do. All they can do is point me to an irrelevant article!
