Was there a resolve on this? We are running into same. We would like the customer to fill out form like previous chat product and move them immediately to form to connect them with an agent.

I agree with Joshua. I have upvoted your comment. I think this feature would help to keep eye on our agents. If we cannot see their macros until they are sent to a customer, that is an issue.

I agree Maddie F. I am not sure how this isn't an admin feature already. Sure we can find out after the fact in ticket reviews but it would be highly beneficial to be able to review agent macros with them.
