So are the options to use:
- Make more friendly: Changes the tone to be more conversational.
- Make more formal: Changes the tone to be more professional.
Now a paid service? As this was standard included in Zendesk.

Before the bot was searching in out helpcenter for answers, not with the flowbuilder, I am having the idea that I need to give each instruction to the bot, instead that it also searching in the helpcenter.
Any idea how I can combine this with the flowbuilder?

Hi, we have a private knowledge base, only accessible by our customers.
Why can't I use knowledge articles within the bot? As we don't want to have our knowledge base worldwide available.

If we have the Zendesk bot active with the Slack integration but not enabled in Zendesk configuration.
Is it added value to add triggers for the bot to improve the answering of the bot in Slack?
