CommentaireService Level Agreements (SLA), macros, and CSAT

Has there been a change to this ability? We have a couple agents that have created macros that they were able to share within their group. They do not have custom roles so this is unusual to me.

This is a big need for my company. We work with Districts and Schools and would like to be able to have the Parent organization set as the District with all the schools being listed as Child organizations. 
However, I have worked in multiple other industries where I could see the necessity of the Parent/Child organization structure so I think this would be a very beneficial ability regardless of customer type or industry.

We have moved to the New Agent Workspace and, while we do like some of the features, the order of messages is a real problem. It has slowed our workflow and we really do not like it. It is incredibly disappointing that this request to have that control for ascending or descending order has been out here for at least 3 years and on your new and improved workspace you still do not have that option open to customers. Different customers have different needs and there is a certain level of arrogance to assume that all businesses will use the workspace in the same way. This feels like a fairly basic feature that you could offer to your customer experience.
