I don't understand how to turn on Draft Mode for my team, please put in step by step information on how to activate? Using Internal Note as you are drafting your email is safest you never know, but to not have it carry to Public Reply automatically is not efficient.

I agree having the oldest on top is not efficient, we want to know what was last said when opening a ticket not was first said.  Is their a way to change the direction of the conversation?

I 100% agree having an option to Add CC and include an external email address would be great and save a bunch of individual forwarding time spent moving ticket to proper individual.
