Hi Team,

i want to find out tickets id's of deleted tickets, this screeshot belongs to count of deleted tickets for last 2 month. When i add ticket id on the "Rows" query doesnt work and doesnt show me tickets id, can you help me ?

i want to hide a tag for agent to use, how can i do that ? i installed Tag locker but i couldnt do that.

Hi ,

i have a problem with custom field, one of our team leaders cant see this field, what could be the reason for this and how can i grant this access to him ? Permissions of this field is "Agent can edit"

This is our custom field.

one question, i shared my schedule list with you, i want to know that Is it possible to see which agents have been assigned to the business hours definitions here? For example which agents are defined for TR office ?
