Pretty please! Can we allow agents to be able to use the CC field as a condition. Our staff need to view all tickets they are assigned or CC'ed on. That is because if the ticket assignee is on leave, any new message/comment posted by an end user won't be missed.

I'm with Susan. Would love to see either the "Jump to latest message" applied to the end user interface OR reverse the order of the comments to newest at the top and scroll down to view the oldest comments.

+ 1. We have more and more situations where multiple customers have an overarching entity that needs to be involved in all communications as they are the decision makers
