After installing this module (v1.1.8) our Magento installation (Magento v2.3.2-p2)  increased its response times 50x. The performance was so poor the stores where continually crashing until Magento Cloud upsized the environment for us (one Magento 2 installation with 16 websites/16 storeviews load balanced with 10 server nodes). It took us a few days to identify the issue and the minute we disabled this module in the Admin panel of Magento the response times went back to normal. You should ask Classyllama to fix the performance issues of this module since the way it is now is not usable for us.
