The documentation is not clear if you are a Zendesk Sell admin as the fix in the linked article refers to the Support mobile app. Selecting the mobile app setting for the Support app does correct the Sell app access blocked issue. Not intuitive.

Hi,
There is a bug in the Sell iPhone app.
The scenario which triggers the app to crash is when the the "source " field is selected and the user uses the search function at the top of the source list. This causes the app to force close.
We have replicated this on two different iPhones.
This does not occur on the Android app.

Thanks Daniel Haimson and Matthew Carter for raising this and suggesting a work around.
I was about to ask the same thing as I need to report on lead conversion via our suite of PowerBI sales visualizations. Oh well...

Hi,
Is it possible to use the API to POST records to many objects?
I can successfully use the API to create a record against a single object, but haven't yet been able to "bulk" load records.

Thanks for this @... - are there any plans to have Customer Contacts unified across Support and Sell so we have one source of truth for Customer information (Customer Master)?

Hi,
In Sell, exporting a smart list of deals with Products (Product Catalogue) provides two reports.
- Deals c/w products
- Deals c/w products by products
I need to pull in data via the API that is similar to the 2nd report.
This does not appear to be be doable via this method https://developers.getbase.com/docs/rest/reference/products.
Is there another way?

Hello - coming in late to this conversation but...
I recently imported products into Sell using a Zapier-to-Zendesk Sell integration.
This loaded approximately 270 line items, all of which had multiple currencies.
I found it easier to use this (we already had a Zapier license) than using the API in this instance.

Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk Sell Mobile app should contain the Product Catalogue as per the web browser version. Currently you can only utilise the Product Catalogue via the web browser.
Description/Use Cases:
Our Sales Reps are on the road nearly every day of every week. Some of them only work with a mobile (personal preference). We have just deployed the Sell Product Catalogue, however our mobile only reps can't use it and have to get our sales coordinators to do this for them or wait until they can get to there laptop.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is critical to our business as it will improve adoption of Product Catalogue use. Some of our reps do use computers (skill set challenge) but manage using mobiles. They can use the Product Catalogue to size there deals and so this loads up the sales admin teams.
Other necessary information or resources:
The Sell Mobile app should largely contain the same functionality as the web version. Having them out of sync with functions is a detractor to Zendesk Sell use.

Zendesk Sell Product Catalogue should have the ability to select multiple items in one go. Currently you can only select an individual item per search.
Description/Use Cases:
Our Sell Deals usually comprise of multiple product line items; base product and options. Being able to search on a key term and select all line items in one go would improve their user experience.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is critical to our business as it will improve adoption of Product Catalogue use. Whilst the current UX works, it is slow due to the need to search for each line item individually.
Other necessary information or resources:
