This is one of the more widely asked for features I have seen in the community. Is there any development on this? I can see there was quite a lot of active discussion from Zendesk 2 years ago but not so much recently.

Did anything come of an EAP?

The Trigger/API method works for me at the moment, but ideally I would like to remove individual collaborators.

i.e. if email exists in collaborator list, then remove from the string

Any update on this? I've created some dashboards to present to Exec team, when I export via PDF they look absolutely terrible. Im having to manually re-create the data in a more presentable format.

I guarantee there will be more success with this product if the ability to automate and distribute reports was improved.

This is extremely important. It should be considered a security fix rather than a feature. Please add me to the growing list of users who need this.

+1. I'm trying to remove merged tickets for performance reports. Was baffled as to why my exclude filter 'closed_by_merge' was not working, then I saw this post.

Can we get an update from Zendesk on this?
