Customers ask how they can implement images and code snippets in their replies, just as we agents can. I'm sorry to have to tell them they can't, and it's not up to me.

I confirm it works, but you have to do manual Source code edit, and there can't be a <span> tag included. It also don't show in the editor.

It is working! Changed the colors and all. One issue still, when the chat window is open, the arrow is hidden. I tried to move it up, but bottom: 340px; did not change anything. Any clues?

I get it to work a little bit, but the arrow don't show. I am thinking it has to do with the .svg format? Here you can (barely) see it showing up: Using Chrome and win7

Also please add a full editor to the Category and Section editors, and allow HTML. I created a new request.

Excellent! Another easy win would be the code block and code span, which are already available in the ticket editor. Why can't you simply use the same editor?

Would be helpful when linking to information in other articles in Zendesk. It is easier to show where to read if you can link to the chapter directly.

I works very well in tickets. Frustrating that those are not available in Article.
