Hi,

I believe we need agent name activity, not just assignee. Because when agent change from A to B, if we use assignee name. all the result would go to agent B. We need the calculation for agent A as well

I've tried the instruction above, but in my side jira and zendesk related of key issue doesn't sync each others yet. Can you please help?

I think it would be really helpful if Zendesk allow us to view ticket in Kanban. I think it's a pretty basic thing for a ticketing system. It will make our agent see their task more easily in 1 view, instead of multiple view with different filtering
