Hi, we would like if you were to Add the ability to Poll community users for their feedback on various topics using Zendesk Gather. Currently this feature is missing from Gather. The only voting you can do is a basic thumbs up or thumbs down which is very limited in use. Because of this lack, we are forced to create a choppy experience for the end users by adding the html poll to a Guide Article, then pasting that link into the Gather post. This provides no reportable information as it is stored in an external to Zendesk app.
Thank you,
John

I would like to request the addition of the ability to embed html like you can in the Guide article editor. Currently we are trying to get around the lack of Polling ability in Zendesk Gather by creating Polls using a third party software and embedding it in the post. But since this ability is not available, we have to insert the link to an article that we have embedded the Google Poll in. This is very choppy in use and does not provide a very smooth experience.

We purchased the Zendesk Advanced AI about a week ago. According to this article, is it stating that we wont be seeing the information under the ticket subject? Why would it matter when we purchased this and the difference in functionality stated?
