We would also very much welcome this. We have a use case whereby when people contact us for a specific reason there are a number of 'tasks' that needs to be completed by different teams. We would like to be able to create several tasks when someone contacts us based on a specific contact reasons and assign those tasks to the relevant groups/agents with due dates.

Orsolya I echo Melissa's request here, the business issue we're looking to solve is to provide visibility on which guides are currently unverified along with their titles and owners so that we can follow up with owners to take action.

I have followed the same steps as Melissa and the data provided does not enable me to do this so we would also benefit from the enhancement.
