Hi,

I don't see these two permissions on my account:

  • Manage groups
  • Manage organizations

I do see Manage user fields and Manage organization fields. Is this normal?

Is this still accurate, or does Zendesk send the owner's email?

I'm installing an app that has a free trial, and it asks for payment info right away. In the Payments section on the installation page (in the Zendesk admin center), it's using the Zendesk Owner's email, and I can't change.

Publication Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

Hi,

We're trying to build a tool that makes bulk changes across many articles. We'd like to put those changes through the normal review process in the Guide interface. However, when we update the article text (translation) through the API, we have to either publish the changes immediately or un-publish the article. We don't want to publish without reviewing the changes first, but we don't want to un-publish the article because that hides it from users.

What we need is a way to update the translation draft through the API without updating the live version. Even better would be a way to submit the changes for review!

When I update a translation with the API, the changes are published immediately. Is there way to update the translations without publishing? Thanks in advance.
