Feature Request Summary: 

Development of Zendesk Accounts to be automatically provisioned with 1 "Management" Role Agent, restricted to Billing/Account Management functions that does not require a licence 

Including the provision of "Management" access to a restricted number of licenced agents, determined by Plan would also address the current key person business risk.

Description/Use Cases: 

Generally, the account Owner and those who manage Billing and/or Account set-ups and access'  do not use the Zendesk ticket functions in their roles, but are required to have a licence to perform their tasks.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

The current Owner/Billing format creates a key person business risk and is not cost effective.

More than 6mths ago you advised that this was added to the backlog, can you provide an update on when this is likely to come up for consideration?

I am very interested to know what future development will provide.
