I have to provide a customer with pdf's of all their incident tickets (they are being audited).

 

BUT I only want to include the Public replies – so I need this filter to apply to the Print view.

 

Is there a workaround? 

 

Printing the filtered screen to pdf was a no-go – the result did not scroll down through the ticket and it included the lefthand side info.  I could not pick the frame to print.

Same here.  I use plaintext since I have to paste FAQ responses into different targets besides Zendesk (.docx, .xlsx, .pdf forms, online forms, etc.).

Now automatic formatting happens ("- ", ">> "), numbered paragraphs aren't sequenced right, and hardcoded spaces for indents are squished out.  Basically, I have to fight the auto-formatting each and every time.
