We have been using Zendesk Chat and are trying to test the chat function in the Agent Workspace in our sandbox. Does that also require separately turning on "social messaging"?

Publication Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

I'm excited about the option to use filters instead of some of the separate personal views I have set up for particular SLA and ticket categories, but could the button for filtering be moved to the same line as the name of the view? 

The current position below the view title cuts out a couple of tickets from the visible part of the screen, which is a big deal for those of us (including several people on my team) who work primarily from a single laptop without an external monitor.

CommentaireTicket basics

With the new editor, I seem to have lost the option to double-click a word to select it. This is noticeably slowing me down; is there any way to get that back?
