As an agent in the workspace, I don't want to see notifications for incoming messages if they are routed to a group I am not a member of so that I don't get disrupted by traffic I can not handle.

This is especially disruptive for organisations that uses the broadcasting model for messaging. The agents needs to click on the Conversations button and only then do they know if they can handle the message. If not they get an error pop up:

The ticket you are trying to open is not visible to agents in your group(s).

This would be very valuable indeed, what seems like a fairly intuitive IVR can actually results in a lot of frustration for some customers.
