As of the last week or so-- purportedly without any changes from our ZD admins to our ZD configuration-- the left-hand sidebar of our Support View for agents has started wrapping fields into columns instead of just extending their fields along with the sidebar resizing.

I believe the fields have always worked this way, however the threshold for when the sidebar changes into fields into columns seems to have been greatly lowered as of recently.

Is there a way to tell fields in the left-hand sidebar to not wrap into columns, but instead just extend themselves along with the sidebar's resizing?

Is there a way to blacklist/block articles from showing up as recommended in autoreplies?

We post Release Notes in our Support Guide and they won't ever be a solution to anyone's problem.

plz denzesk. plz. plz let us switch the view. you're forcing everyone to switch to the UI eventually, these complaints are only going to accumulate. plz. plz.don't be one of those companies that futzes with UI every now and again, upsetting what users got used to (or in this case, what users have options to adjust elsewhere, i.e. any other inbox system).

plz denzesk. we showed you our complaint, plz respond.
