There is no way to trigger an automation based on  a string appearing in the Requester name. This should be added as spammers make use of this field

We are getting thousands of spam messages coming via the ZenDesk API.

 

It would be easy to block these if ZenDesk had the functionality of filtering by a string value inside the Requester name or via the contents of the Subject field. However, neither is possible.

 

Until ZenDesk stop spammers using their API, I have to delete these manually.

Hi there, rather than block a list of FROM: addresses, we need to block from specific incoming domains for example:

DKIM: 'PASS' with domain bademail.com

Is this possible?
