We are trying to insert an attachment via trigger + webhook, which is not possible, but it is possible in the macros. We are trying to apply the macro via trigger+webhook as mentioned above, but we noticed that the attachments have a token + exiption which can only be used once per ticket.
How can we apply this type of macros via API?

Si tenemos un SDK de mensajería y nuestro cliente inicia sesión a través del JWT ¿es posible reconocer los datos del cliente y mostrarlo en el flowbuilder sin la necesidad de preguntarle sus datos nuevamente?

Una consulta, ¿para la función de "Llamada de API" , es posible insertar datos externos al flowbuilder en el endpoint correspondiente?

Hi, what happens to the automatic replies that are sent via webhook with the social messaging app when the workspace agent is activated? Are they maintained or blocked? since we detected that when adding a WhatsApp channel by Agent Worskpace, it does not allow us to send automatic messages through triggered webhooks. Can the social messaging app be kept in the workspace agent
Hola ¿ que ocurre con las respeustas automaticas que se envian via webhook con la social messaging app cuando se activa el agent workspace? ¿se mantienen o se bloquean? ya que detectamos que al agregar un canal de Whatsapp por el Agent Worskpace, no nos permite enviar mensajes automaticos via webhooks con un disparador. ¿se puede mantener la app social messaging con el agent workspace?
