Not having the option to have a one time greeting message, then wait music is creating a frustrating experience for our members when we have the IVR menu turned on. The greeting repeating 3 times takes longer than necessary, and as lovely as my own voice is on the recording I do not want to listen to it repeat 3 times if I don't press a button. It would be a better user experience for our members in particular if we were allowed to have the greeting play just once, and then have the menu go to the wait music to be picked up by an agent.
