Hi,

Im running https://domain.zendesk.com/api/v2/ticket_fields/{field_id}/options to get a list of options in my field.

I cant seem to find a way to filter these results to match a word search.

eg. Something like this, i presume:  https://domain.zendesk.com/api/v2/ticket_fields/{field_id}/options?filter=pineapple

Please can someone offer some assistance on this?

I am trying to find the right api call to add an option to an existing drop-down custom field. Everywhere I look seem to suggest that all I can do is wipe the options and add a new set. I need to be able to append by api call. Please can someone help me? Thanks

Is it possible to set up multiple incoming email addresses and set different triggers based on the 'from' email address?

eg.

support@domain.zd.com = trigger sets it as incident type

info@domain.zd.com = trigger sets it as task type
