Has anyone found a solution for heading (anchor/jump) links not working in body text? 

What I'm experiencing is when users click on an anchor link, the URL changes to include the heading ID, but the page itself doesn't navigate to the linked section, it just remains on the current spot. However, if you right-click and open the link in a new tab, the new tab jumps to the appropriate header section.
