not having any luck with that snippet of code. (filtering articles using labels). I'd like a specific article to be recommended when the keywords "return, refunds" etc are used.

@... - Was following some of the comments above that suggested adding it to home_page.hbs. I just want to change the "Recent Activity" to "Recently Viewed" on my homepage. Any suggestions?

Can I have Contact Forms and Chat enabled and offer those two contact options upon clicking the web widget? Ideally, I'd like a customer to click the web widget and immediately have the option to email or chat (we don't have a help center at the moment). 

Is this possible? Haven't gotten anywhere with help articles or ZD support.

I'm also having the same issue. Tried unchecking "send email via gmail", Zendesk support team confirmed my SPF, DKIM are set up correctly AND our emails are still popping up in spam/promotions folders. This wasn't always an issue - I've seen an increase over the last couple of weeks in the number of customers who aren't responding to our emails OR emailing back in saying "why haven't you responded". Reading through the comments, the issue seems to be pretty common and it appears to be a Zendesk issue not a ESP issue. We need a fix ASAP. We're losing business/providing a terrible CX.

Publication Q&A - Tickets and email

Recently switched from Gorgias to Zendesk, however, emails coming in from our contact form on our website are populating in 'Courier' font. This wasn't the case with Gorgias so I'm guessing it's a Zendesk issue rather than Shopify. 

All other emails are fine but the Contact Form emails look like this...Anyone know how to change this? Literally any other font would work.
