not having any luck with that snippet of code. (filtering articles using labels). I'd like a specific article to be recommended when the keywords "return, refunds" etc are used.

3. How can I change the wording in the "Recent activity" heading?

@... - Was following some of the comments above that suggested adding it to home_page.hbs. I just want to change the "Recent Activity" to "Recently Viewed" on my homepage. Any suggestions?

Can "Contact Options" be achieved without the use of a help center? I've found this not to be the case.

I'm also having the same issue. Tried unchecking "send email via gmail", Zendesk support team confirmed my SPF, DKIM are set up correctly AND our emails are still popping up in spam/promotions fold...
