+1 Have another request for this. 

 

The more tickets that are logged, habing this ability to filter with more precision, would help in productivity in both finding the ticket you need and seeing what tickets are open and pending a reply (i.e. active).

+1 Please change end user view to newest at the top, or consider positioning the end user view at the end of the ticket (latest update) in-line with the agent view. Ty.

+1 Adding a further request to add this feature for customers (end users) to be able to export ticket data as CSV or JSON, so it can be ingested into Excel or other data analysis tool .
