We really need the ability to create a form that is only accessible via a direct link. This has been a recurring request from our team. There are many forms that we would like to create but only have them accessible via a specific page in our help center, as an example.

I know there are resources out there regarding hiding specific forms from the drop-down form menu, but this is a request for an official feature. Changing the code for each form added becomes cumbersome and is not guaranteed to always work. 

Think about this option like a Google Form, in a sense. Only those that have access to the form link can fill it out.

We are encountering the same issue. We have one Zendesk domain for internal IT support and a separate Zendesk domain for external support. We would love to use the Zendesk Slack app for both domains within the same Slack workspace.

Hi, 

It would be great if we could preview .mp4 files within Zendesk without having to download the file. Our company recently transitioned from HappyFox, so this is a feature we miss.
