Hey!
We have been comparing AVG and MED metrics over time, and usually, the difference is small - a few hours.
However, for the month of December and June, the AVG number is x2, which is rather strange. I wonder the best way to figure out why it is so? I would appreciate your ideas and response!

Thank you for the suggestion!
However, this isn't working, cause besides Help Center API tickets, we have 2 other different API tickets( This trigger will tag them all and we need Help Center tickets only

We have a few different Web forms connected to Zendesk.
Is there a way to separate and tag Tickets coming via Help Center?
