I'm currently a Customer Experience and Operations Manager for both an online Consumer Grocery store; and a produce wholesaler. I've spent most of my 20+ years working life in Customer Service; recently having completed a six-year stint as a Senior Team Manager within the customer service division of a Fortune 100 consumer electronics and services company. I'm not backwards in coming forward to identify improvements; or share my experience to help others to be better for their customers.
