When a user posts a comment in our help center, it sends in a suspended ticket to our Zendesk instead of posting the comment. Is this a known issue, easy setting fix, or should I submit a ticket? ...

@leon You can still use HTML code so I think you would be able to add iframes as long as you have the HTML code for them. (Sorry for butting in; a Zendesk person will probably have a better answer!)
