Zendesk: character limit on tickets

Good morning,

It would be very helpful if you develop that Zendesk has no character limit (right now the limit is 65.535 and some tickets arrive incomplete).

PLease let us know if it´s possible and when it could be implemented.

When will we see this development in Zendesk? I´ve read that it was going to be implemented but as far as I´ve seen, it´s not yet.
