I'm trying to create a solution where a 4-digit number can be added as a Tag in a ticket to represent an Organization ID in our platform. Then, I'd like to create a report which counts how many of those types of tags were used in each ticket, to represent how many orgs are reporting the issue in said ticket. Is it possible to create a metric/attribute which only counts a ticket tag if it is a 4-digit number?

Hello. The original instructions updated the text for the link at the top. A second response seemed to aim at changing every instance of 'Submit a request'.

Different departments in my organization will use different forms, so I'd like to leave the link at the top and the list item (CompanyName > Submit a request) as they are. My goal is to change only the header text, and to change it per form ID so that each form can have its own header/title.

I know basically zero JavaScript, so please go slow with the response. Thanks ahead of time. :)
