Watch out as a random phone number may appear on your account and trigger a charge. We were still in Zendesk set up phase with nobody logging in to our account for over a month and still received this charge for a US phone number.
Zendesk then suspended our account because we didn't update our account details to pay the $1. Suspension reversal is so hard to deal with.
Nothing but issues dealing with Zendesk.
