Currently the Order Summary can only be viewed in ascending order in the Salesforce app/Admin center (Configuration tool). There is no option to select/set this field to view orders in latest order - Descending order. This is not only a useful feature but a 'must have' feature.

CS agents working on tickets rely on the latest info to help their customers more efficiently - instead of time spent searching or toggling for the latest order.

Hope you can provide a solution for this request soon.

When a new trigger is created/activated it should automatically get placed to the bottom of the trigger list so it doesn't impact the workflow.

As incoming email has a native function to translate language in Agent Workspace. It makes sense to have it for outgoing emails messages as well. I'm sure the customer/end-user would prefer to read replies in their native language. 

This functionality should be enabled in Agent Workspace.

Yes, this is a much needed feature - ability to print triggers list and export trigger conditions to a spreadsheet.  It would make it much easier to manage for an Admin.

Please consider including Date Created.  For an Admin, its useful at a glance to check against last signed in. 

Unable to sort by full date. Eg: Created...only sorts by the 1st digit, in this case the month.  Should be able to sort by the complete date.
