This is a feature we would be very interested in as well. Our use case is to take an order email that is sent to us from a customer or vendor and then forward that email to another 3rd party while retaining formatting. Are there any updates on this feature?

Sara Ledger could you please elaborate on how you got this to work? I have a display name in slack that is only 1 word (@mo) but I still could not get the zendesk side conversation to tag me in a message. It worked fine for a group though

I agree, I think this is a no brainer for Zendesk to implement. It should be doable and would meet our use case perfectly as well

This functionality absolutely doesnt make sense. A light agent should be able to @ other agents otherwise they have limited functionality and utility.

Hello Zendesk Team, 

is it planned to allow for different forms to be selected when creating a ticket in Zendesk via Slack?
