Hello ZD,
When creating a custom field of type drop down menu in the admin, we can specify an order. So, essentially, a drop down menu is an ordered list. It works as expected in the ticket form.
But when trying to use this field in a ticket view to "group by", the field values are displayed alphabetically instead of by the order defined in the field configuration. I was told this is expected behavior (sure...)
So the request is to have the "group by" feature in a ticket view to respect the order of the field values described in the field config.
Please see below the view (unexpected behavior on grouping) and the field config.

+1 on the ability to edit the title of the default closure automation.
