I've been playing around with this recipe. We are trying to track the requester wait time for specific Custom Field or Ticket Form. Recipe below.
IF (([Case Type]="Technical Inquiry") OR ([Ticket form]="Support - General Support ")) THEN [MIN(Requester wait time (min))] ENDIF

Is it possible to also modify this script to auto-respond when a department is offline? We don't have the pre-chat form enabled since we don't want our customers to select it for themselves but instead, be directed to the department assigned to a specific webpage.

Trigger not firing when conditions are met.
Visitor is requesting for chat but has not sent a chat yet.
as per the trigger condition.

How do I know which number the customer is texting us? We have multiple Text lines/numbers and this detail isn't visible in the tickets.

Is there a way to filter notification per widget For Multi-brand setup? We are planning to using 2 chat widgets, one for each website/brand. I've experienced having notification collisions with 2 brands in the past.
