+1 My team loves the ability to drill in and see the same 17 attributes for each report. This would be a game changer for our reports as it would take hours even days less time to implement.

We need to be able to communicate with on-site technicians and end consumers within the same ticket. It should be easy to add a CC email instead of use a workaround noted with “only recommended for limited use as it is not a scalable alternative”.
Please consider this feature as this active thread is now over 4 years old.

Note from 2021 said this was being discussed in 2022. Have these discussions happened? What was the update?
This workaround article was also updated in February of this year. Any updates since then?

+1 Our agents would love to be able to put the call back in the same group they are in when all other agents are unavailable for a warm transfer.
