Hi Ashwin Raju, It looks like the “folders” structure that we use on dropdown fields doesn't work in Lookup fields. While I can filter an individual lookup field, and then show it conditionally based off other options selected on the ticket, It means that then, in explore, each one of those fields are separate attribute entries and I can't make an export with a single column per item. We have a large catalogue of things we would like end users to select from, but without a way to limit it down and also report on their selection, it would be far too cumbersome on customers, so we have to continue using a dropdown field that has 500+ entries in it and is difficult to manage.

Do you have any plans on allowing folders in Lookup fields, or any other enhancements that may make this more usable for us?
