Agree with Eleanor Madison  concerns and additionally in New dashboard builder, it doesn’t give any option to set Subject and body for the scheduled report delivery compared to legacy scheduling where we are able to set it. Are we going to see mentioned changes in the new dashboard builder or they being completely removed which is basically a downgrade in my opinion.

Please give a quick overview of your product feature request or feedback and note who in your org is affected by this issue [ex. agents, admins, customers, etc.].

Our users are getting the emails from zendesk with subject “Email Added to your Account” when any email ID is added to their account.  We would like to suppress these email notifications ( or if suppressing is not possible then to change the content of the email notification.). As confirmed by zendesk support team, there is no solution to achieve this.

 

What problem do you see this solving? 

We would like to see an option in admin center or settings for changing the content of the email and also adding an option to turn on/off the notification for when emails are added in agents/admin accounts.

 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business?

We are encountering this issue on daily basis.

 

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) 

There is no workaround 

 

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? 

To have a button to turn on/off the email notification for when emails are added in agent/admins account. Also there should be an option to change the email content for this email notification.

@... , is there any solution on this ? As already mentioned by some other users, endusers are not able to see article images/attachments after the guide-media update.

Ari Steve W - is there any solution on this from zendesk ? This is really frustrating and older image/attachment upload was so easy and seamless.

Gabriela Granados Gabriela Granados , we are facing same issue. Endusers are not able to access any image,attachment post the guide media update from zendesk. 

Katarzyna Karpinska - Is there any update on this issue ? As I can see in community, multiple users are facing this issue.
