What I am reading about creating ticket forms primarily seems to be focused on what a customer would fill out. We largely get phone calls, so I am interested in creating a ticket form for the agent answering the form to fill out as a way to prompt them to gather specific information into the ticket. Is there a way to do that?

this talks about creating the numbers. how do you send a text message?  We have multiple phone numbers, one for each of our locations. How do we choose a specific number that the text will come from?

I hAve 2 opportunies for a ccustomer to lhave a vm.

Press 5 to leave a vm. Pressing 5 gIves them immediate beep. How can i haverage them hear a rrecording where they hear. Leave your name ais reasin for your call vs jjust a beep?

 

The 2nd time they get a vm is when no agent aanswers. On that ooption i do hAve them hearing to lleave details about why they are callng.i

I'm ccurious if i can use our current talk numbers and send text mmessages from them. Right now, all our text mmessages come from our toll free number.

 

If im reading this article ccorrect, it sseems i hAve to ccreate a text number.

I see you can recv calls but By doing this can you make calls from the app on an android.
