Hello,

I'm trying to change an agent with the status "Agent" to "Light agent." The agent has 0 open or pending tickets, but I receive an error message saying, "Reassign the tickets of this agent."

How can I proceed? All the tickets are marked as solved and cannot be set to the "closed" status.

Hey,

Some of our customers do not receive our e-mails. Most of the time, our e-mails fall into our customers' junk mailboxes. Because of this, I wanted to know :

  • Is there any way to solve this problem? What makes one customer receive our emails and another not?
  • Are there any tips/tips to minimize the chances of some of our customers getting junk mail?

Hey Christine !


Thanks for your feedback, it worked well on my trigger. I just set it up so that the French clients' chats only come to the French team ZD dashboard, but the Germans still get chats. How does it work?

Hello ! I'm trying to create triggers to pass on the French chats to my French team and the same for my German clients/agents; 
Problem : I can't select the departments (with the action "set visitor department"), I can see them but not select them.
