Newbie here: Forgive my ignorance, but does adding this banner require modifying code on our Zendesk site? On the GitHub page, you refer to opening the “HTML Tab in Zendesk”; how does one actually open the HTML tab? Is it simply using the “View Source” command (in Safari) to view the web page's underlying code and then modifying it?

I just wanted to second a feature request to add "Following" as a trigger condition for adding tags as requested in this post.https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4408860883866-Follower-condition-for-trigger-?input_string=Triggers%20on%20%22Following%22

I also cast my vote for note editing, even if it's just for admins. Not being able to edit a typo or add additional information to an existing note is infuriating. Other ticketing systems do offer this option.
EDIT: I wanted to second Trina Moon's comment that having always to create a new note “clutters” the ticket, making it unnecessarily harder to follow instructions I might have provided to team members through these notes. If maintaining the integrity of Internal Notes is such a priority, what about adding a "commenting" section that's available only to admins?
