Publication Developer - Zendesk APIs

Hello,

I am using the Zendesk Sell Notes API to get our notes from Zendesk. Unfortunately, since here is no parameter to fetch notes after a particular update or created date, I need to fetch all our notes every time. Not only is this slow to do so each time, but it appears that I am now missing data. The last note in my returned data is created 2023-04-11 10:57:48, when I know that more notes were written after that. 

When I call the endpoint, I loop through each page of the results and concatenate the data into one dataframe. This has worked fine for the 1.5 years we have been using Sell yet for some reason, I cannot fetch any data after 2023-04-11 10:57:48. 

 

Help would be appreciated here.

Publication Q&A - Sales CRM (Sell)

Hello, we are using the Zendesk Calls to log calls made by our client account management team. This seems to work very well so far on users who have an Android Device. The prompt to log the call is raised after the call is made, and is synchronized with Zendesk.

However, we have a problem with users who have iPhones. For some reason, the call duration is not always logged in the call. 

Is there a solution to the above?

Is there a way we can access an audit log for changes made on Zendesk Sell? Right now I have no way of knowing:

  • Who deleted a note or who edited a note, or when these events took place
  • Deal stage change history, and who performed those actions
  • Who deleted a deal and when

There seems to be a detailed audit log endpoint and feature available for Support but nothing for Sell. 

Since everything is hard deleted, I have no way of monitoring the changes listed above, which is very important for me and also very frustrating that I need to try and create functions around this.

 

Are there any plans or workarounds to get an audit log for Zendesk Sell?
