Thanks for the update and guidance. However, I have tried to experiment with getting this set up and have had no luck.

Does anyone know how I can set up an email notification for when an article is down voted from our Guide help center? Not sure if this would be in the form of a trigger or automation? I have tried to play around with both settings and can not find anything.

5 Years since this post was created and we still do not have this functionality native to Zendesk. This lack of attention to something as important as GDPR is incredibly disappointing. Please provide us all with a roadmap. These features are considerably more important than what I currently see on the roadmap.

Any Updates on Zendesk creating native apps to cleanse users and organizations? The manual import and export of the data is incredibly tedious and time consuming. I realize there are third party solutions, however, our business does not have the budget and are conscious of system security...

Our team has limited availability over lunch time hours so we would like to enable the callback function based on our lunch period to negate missed and abandoned calls.

Hi all, 

Is there a way to bypass IVR for certain numbers? Some customers call our reception instead of our product support team and when they are transferred they have to be qualified once again. Please can someone advise?
