I would like to be able to have an article in multiple brand help centers without having to recreate it. This capability would reduce the effort and amount of work needed to ensure all end users have access to the same content. We are currently using the help center as an internal only database and we have multiple brands to separate back office and front line worker information; however, there are some basic things that overlap such as info about the company, our HR platform, Google trainings, etc. The only way I know how to do this is copying and pasting content/code into both help centers during article creation. It would be nice if there was a checklist drop down option when creating the article that would allow us to choose which help centers we want it displayed in. We DO NOT want to open the search to multiple help centers as there is a lot of information that does not need to populate in search results. This would be an overwhelming amount of information where articles might not even be relevant to the end user's role.
