I have the same requirement as Tarandeep.

I have already added under the Organisation a 'CSM' field (that value comes from HubSpot), however, I can't seem to find a way to create a trigger which will automatically add the CSM If this value is not empty as a follower on the ticket.

For certain accounts, based on level of service, we have a CSM and a TAM associated to the Organisation. I have not been able to find a way to automatically add them as followers on all new tickets created by users associated with that particular Organisation.

Any thoughts?

Is there a limit on how many records can be listed in a view?

I am trying to have a view to list all the tickets we have had historically, but I seem to be limited by about 1.6k records.

If there is no limit, then I am clearly hitting a problem with the way I have built my view and might help. :)
