Hello!

We have multiple teams using Zendesk and Jira

Right now, every ticket sends the same fields to Jira.

I'd like to have it so that certain Zendesk tickets sync with one set of fields and the other tickets sync a different set of fields.

If we could install the Zendesk Support for JIRA app twice I think we could separate them using [Team A].zendesk.com and [Team B].zendesk.com

Or is there another solution?

Mary O'Neill I would also like to be added to this test! We want to explore autodeleting tickets after a set time as well!
